2. Booking and Scheduling

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will endeavor to address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if you or other persons have interfered with the cleaned areas after our service.
